With us you will be responsible for
We are looking for one Business Analysts to join the team of 5 Business Analysts working with the product Entra Card in Card Services Sweden. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for providing consultancy services for clients in the Card Industry. You will assist clients with problem identification, business process optimization, transformation projects, as well as selection and planning of solutions. You will lead and be part of projects handled by versatile teams globally.
Your key tasks will include
• Analysing and finding solutions to the system and business needs due to changes
in our customers business, the fund or security sector and legislation.
• Creating solutions where the result can become changes both in the system as well as in business routines
• Writing functional specifications, working close with architects, developers and testers
• Supporting your team members proactively and sharing best practices with your colleagues and customers
• Contributing in the approval process of the implementation
• Providing support to pre-sales

You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have a strong drive combined with a proactive way of working. Delivering superior customer value is your top priority.
In addition, we expect you to have
• An experience working with front, middle or back office of a bank, asset manager, broker or a mutual fund company.
• Experience from working in customer premises with identifying their functional and non-functional requirements
• Strong attention to details and good organizational skills
• An interest in systems and IT
• An ability to express yourself well in speech and writing both in English and Swedish
• University degree in computer science, information technology or economics.
It is meriting if you have worked with the Card system Entra Card, as well as if you have been involved in systemic issues such as requirement specifications, test, or similar work.
