The position
As Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI tools (create data models, reports, dashboards) and data integration by managing data flow. You will contribute to the improvement of the Business Intelligence resources and be responsible for driving solutions several stakeholders. You will also support in providing efficient data analyses and reporting, with the objective of prompting data driven decisions. You will mainly work with the Marketing department to identify and prioritize analytical needs. Those will be performed in Excel, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, SQL and potentially new tools to be introduced. Among your tasks are:
• Ensuring high data quality to guarantee accuracy and consistency for the information being delivered.
• Creating automated reports and dashboards to facilitate analytical processes.
• Consolidation of relationship with stakeholders to make sure data delivery is precise.
• Collaborate with campaign and brand analysis and running product tests, including understanding of menu architecture, coupon performance, menu board impact and media investment results.
• Extract, aggregate and combine data to identify business opportunities.
• Perform competitor analysis and identify trends based on data.
• Present analysis conclusions to franchisees in a clear, understandable, and valuable way.
• Follow-up of financials, forecasting of sales and other ad-hoc analyses.
Requirements
• Relevant university level degree, such as Engineering, Computer Science or Business/Economics.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Advanced quantitative analysis skills, ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• High-level problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Quick learner with a can-do attitude and strong resilience.
• High level of communicative ability in English (Swedish and Danish are advantages).
Merits
• Knowledge of Python, R or similar.
• Experience in Business or Marketing analytics.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik and Tableau.
