hela Sverige We're looking for a Business Analyst for a company in Stockholm. Start is ASAP, 3 months limited contract to begin with. This role is in Stockholm with 40% remote work allowed.
Assignment description
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to support their Central People Organisation with day-to-day Power BI operations and reporting activities.
Key responsibilities
• Manage monthly report refresh cycles, results validation, and reports publication.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests and stakeholder communication.
• Investigate data discrepancies across reports and data sources.
• Troubleshoot refresh failures, report issues, and data quality concerns.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of existing reporting solutions.
Required skills
• Strong experience with Power BI Service and Power BI Desktop.
• Experience working with dataflows and semantic models.
• Good knowledge of Power Query (M) and existing DAX calculations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Our client is looking for a hands-on consultant with solid level Power BI expertise to support ongoing reporting operations, including monthly refreshes, troubleshooting, and ad hoc requests. The role is focused on ensuring stable and reliable reporting delivery and does not include people leadership responsibilities. This support will enable the team to focus on longer-term improvements and process development.
This role requires fluency in English.
This is a full-time consultant position in Stockholm through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 3 months limited contract to begin with. This role is in Stockholm with 40% remote work allowed.
