Job DescriptionYou work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
You translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, and actionable input for digital teams.
You support the design and implementation of digital solutions that create real business value.
You collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and UX specialists to create shared understanding and move initiatives forward.
You contribute to prioritization, roadmap discussions, and continuous improvement across digital initiatives.
You act as the link between business and digital, helping teams align around needs, scope, and next steps.
You structure complex information into clear recommendations that support decision-making and execution.
RequirementsExperience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digital, IT, or transformation environments.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and requirements.
Experience gathering, documenting, and clarifying business requirements together with stakeholders.
Good understanding of business processes, digital products, and Agile ways of working.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across different functions and perspectives.
A proactive and improvement-oriented way of working, with the curiosity to challenge and refine ideas.
Ability to complete background checks covering identity, right to work, address history, education, financial status, and criminal record in line with local regulations.
