About the Assignment
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support UAT and parallel run activities within a banking finance reporting initiative. The assignment focuses on validating a new IT solution for group finance reporting (GFRI) ahead of go-live, with a strong emphasis on data quality, functional understanding, and accurate attribute validation.
Job DescriptionSupport UAT and parallel run activities related to the GFRI solution.
Perform sanity checks on data in the new GFRI data model.
Compare attributes and values between the current production model and the new GFRI model.
Analyze and document deviations, and assess what is an acceptable difference based on functional understanding of the data and subject area.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test outcomes are aligned with business expectations.
RequirementsBusiness Analyst experience in a banking context.
Strong SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis and validation.
Ability to understand data models and translate functional understanding into test validation.
Nice to haveBanking domain experience within Capital / Basel-related areas.
