We're now looking for a Business Analyst to join our Head Office, located in the heart of Gothenburg (at the Central Station).
Your role in our team
You will be part of the Business Analyst team within the Lindex Commercial department - a team that drives the development of analysis related to sales, stock, and customer data. Our mission? To help the organisation move faster from data to insights and actions.
While your main data domain will be sales, your work will span a wide spectrum - customer, transactional, marketing, and sales data. You are comfortable navigating different data sources and understand how they interconnect to create a complete picture.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping Lindex grow by performing and developing data analysis that drives customer-focused decisions. You will act as a proactive partner to teams and cross-functional groups, ensuring our strategies are built on solid data foundations.

Also, this probably sounds like you:
* A degree in business, economics, or statistics - minimum 3 years
* Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Power BI
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
* Experience working in sales or logistics within an omni-channel organisation in an international context
* A track record of using data-driven insights to guide priorities and decision-making
