Ericsson Management Consulting is looking to recruit top talent to help shape Ericsson's future.
Ericsson Management Consulting - Strategic Programs Practice works closely with Ericsson's global leadership team to deliver breakthrough business results through strategic consulting projects. In addition, the Practice serves as a unique talent pool for future leaders at Ericsson.
We are currently looking for exceptional individuals to join the Practice and be part of shaping the future of Ericsson and the telecom industry. You will engage in international projects across the Ericsson Group and longer term there are excellent career opportunities with Ericsson globally for high performers.
To meet the needs of our clients, SPP?s expertise is mapped to four Practice Areas; Strategy & Organization, Corporate Finance & Development, Sales & Operations Management and Strategy Execution & Transformations. These four practices serves to strengthen expertise, drive reuse and increase visibility. Furthermore the functional practices serves to provide specialized career tracks inside SPP and further towards key positions in Ericsson?s line organization.
As a Business Analyst you will:
• Solve key strategic business problems in collaboration with a project team
• Perform interviews, lead workshops and conduct data analysis
• Synthesize findings and deliver recommendations to senior executives
Typical Experience:
• Excellent academic record with a master's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics and/or Engineering
• Preferably work experience or internship from a global top-tier management consulting firm
• Highly results-oriented
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proven team player
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
You are a recent graduate or less than one year into your professional career. You are comfortable with interacting with senior executives, excited to build strong consulting and analytical skills and eager to learn about the dynamic telecom industry.
