A key function in the company is Corporate Development, which is the department that supplies the rest of the organization with information concerning business planning, financial support as well as numerous business initiatives and investment decisions.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible of providing data driven conclusions on a large variety of investment decisions. You will also be responsible of maintaining and develop current tools and processes, as well as supporting the Sales organization with guidance concerning the merchant portfolio. In this role you will be given much responsibility of different tasks and projects, and you will be able to interact with a large variety of people and functions within Klarna.

Requirements
• University degree in business or engineering
• Written and oral fluency in English
• Experience of quantitative data modeling in Excel
• Relevant professional experience from financial modeling and decision support

Nice to have
• Proven project management responsibility
• Experience of other relevant systems (BIX, SAS, Qlikview, Cognos etc.)
• Great presentation skills, illustrated both by presentation design and oral ability

To be successful you quickly need to develop a detailed understanding of Klarna?s business model, since you will be expected to produce high qualitative conclusions within short time frames. Having a strong analytical ability is crucial and you will be expected to manage a number of different tasks at the same time, as well as being excellent at describing complex conditions in a simple way. It is crucial that you have confidence in data modeling, especially in Excel but preferably also in other systems.
