Job Summary
Processing Solutions and Equipment mission is to be the integrated industrial food solutions provider by: delivering competitive integrated food and liquid food solutions that satisfy a customer's own market need; Across relevant categories, delivering processing excellence; Using automation and digital to improve total-cost-of-ownership and quality for customers by delivering integrated line solutions, value chain solutions, and customer systems; Maximizing sales through both our own and third party channels.
Within the PSE Finance & Supplier Management team, we are now looking for a Business Analyst LFS, that will be responsible for global financial analysis of few areas within the Business Sector Liquid Food Solutions. The position reports to the Business Control Manager LFS.
This position will be based preferably in Modena -Italy, Lund -Sweden or Pune -India, other locations in Europe can also be evaluated. No career migration will be considered for this role.
The position involves around 25% travelling.
What you will do
In this position you will be responsible for:
Opportunities and Smart Sales analysis for the different categories, driving data accuracy and group margin improvements
Support the Global LFS business controllers and management with sound analysis and reports
Support the annual financial planning, forecasting & 3-year financial business planning process for the LFS Sector
Support the implementation of BI tools and drive simplification and standardization of the processes/procedures
In addition to above global responsibilities the position will also be the Finance Business Partner for the LFS site Management, therefore proactively analyse the LFS site performance (internal projects margin analysis, KPIs, efficiency and utilization, product costing, expenses and engineering result, investments) and recommend improvement activities
Actively participate to the WCM activities (teams and Pillars)
We believe you have
Education and Languages:
You have a Degree Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with qualifications or experience in Business Control. You have strong IT skills (especially SAP R/3, BI and Power BI) and you are accustomed to Microsoft Office software. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Processing equipment, Packaging Equipment and Service business knowledge as well as WCM knowledge and experience are considered a strong plus.
Professional Skills and Experience:
You have proven track records of minimum 5 year of Business Control experience.
Personal Qualifications:
You are proactive, result driven and a natural simplifier. You can connect strategy with daily operations. You are a good collaborator. You have strong communications and informal leadership skills.
