In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be part of a cross functional team responsible for implementing solutions within Capital Adequacy
• Analyse complex problems and work with solution design
• Define and document solution requirements
• Perform data analyses and data mapping
• Perform quality assurance of delivered functionality
• Support Agile Product Owner in breaking down backlog items
• Work close together with Software Engineers
• Work in an agile release train according to SAFe, scaled agiled framework
What is needed in this role:
• Enjoy analysing business needs and digging into data
• Good at documenting requirements and test cases
• Problem solver with a can-do-attitude
• Curious and self-driven
• Clear and efficient communication skills
• Knowledge of Credit Risk or Capital Adequacy area
• Experience from agile way of working, preferably SAFe
• Experience from Business Analyst role, or similar
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Swedish
• Relevant university degree or proven sufficient work experience
