In order to drive sustainable growth and to find how to drive bigger output than input we will be in constant need of new ways to optimize our strategies. By being a person with technical skills and high business understanding, you will be in an exciting position to find these ways. The Business Analyst will do the following:
Develop actionable recommendations based on evaluation of business needs and performance
Analyze data and present findings to deliver insights and support decision making
Set method / best practices for determining strategic priorities
Turn strategic business questions into actionable insights by doing data and insight driven customer behaviour analysis
Set structured strategic approach and validate business cases

A person who fits in this role is self-driven, technical, and analytical. You will have access to big amounts of data. Hence, to make a difference towards our customer you need to be able to transform complex analysis into tangible commercial action in a keep it simple way.
Qualifications
5+ years experience working with business and data analysis
Experience in developing and / or evaluating business cases
Proven experience setting a structured approach to solving problems and converting insights into actionable recommendations
You have effective communication skills with strong stakeholder management experience
You are self-motivated and take ownership to learn and to seek opportunities to improve ways of working
You have a degree in business administration or engineering

This is a permanent position based in Stockholm.
