hela Sverige We are looking for an Business Analyst who can work several exploration cases to understand a possible new business model - platform based business modelling.
We have lined several cases up, each of them building on each other.
We need outside in experience on platform based business modelling, similar transformation processes from retail and other industries, understanding of new revenue streams etc.
The consultant can work remote, but preferably being located near HH in Malmö.
Description
• Drive the development and innovation initiatives, acting as the key point of contact for the innovation core team (start-up studio team) ensuring the innovation initiative progresses according to plan and OKR's
• Responsible for planning and facilitation with internal partners (eg product owners) ensuring optimal ways of working and content development.
• Secure right level of engagement of market partners and subject matter experts for each initiative to ensure key input and feedback to generate an innovative solution that is fit for purpose.
• Contribute with specific business content to the business cases to ensure good quality and validate business case KPIs for each initiative with the innovation core team.
• Responsible for reporting on progress in the development tool, with input and guidance from Innovation Leader, to ensure tracking of progress.
• Share best practices, tools, and solutions across the organization to inspire new ways of working and utilization of best practices.
• Provide receiving organizations with readiness/deployment, learning and communication activities to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
• Platform knowledge a strength.
• Good knowledge of the Develop New Solutions (DNS) process (or similar innovation processes).
Good knowledge about innovation practices.
• Extensive subject matter expertise of the relevant innovation area.
• Good knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication and how to integrate these processes.
• Strong knowledge of how to balance and merge environmental, social, and economic aspects into the business with the purpose to develop a business within the limits of the planet.
• Strong understanding of Information Technology and different production models.
• Good knowledge of leading people and team development.
• Strong knowledge of change management methods and tools.
• Experience in relevant business development and innovation initiatives in scope
• Good knowledge in working with an agile work methodology
