Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
The Business Analyst (BA) will have responsibility for applications relating to JDE Enterprise One, Oracle Strategic Network Optimization and Demantra. The BA will work under the general direction of Manager, Business Applications located in Houston, US with dotted administrative line to Director of Logistics at the Helsingborg office. In-depth experience from Oracle software in Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Transportation and Distribution are required. This position is a primary resource for the business unit managers and must work closely with the user community acting as a functional system analyst, project facilitator and internal consultant. The analyst will provide business process solutions within the parameters of the software applications and offer end user support and training. The BA must be a motivated and self-reliant team player.
Responsibilities:
• Project Management and coordination
• Develop and maintain solutions for the business processes using in house software applications
• Analysis and development considering both user and functional requirements, coordination, procedural support and implementation
• Provide a lead role in assigned projects
• Daily user support and troubleshooting associated with business applications software, including data analysis and reporting
• Documentation preparation and end user training as required
• Maintain effective communication with the user community
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
• 10 years experience from JDE Enterprice One
• 5 years experience from Oracle APS tools and Distribution module
• Experience from working in an international company
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in IT
• Experience from project management and project coordination within JDE Enterprise One
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability
• Travel required
