Job Description
Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
• 8+ years of IT industry experience
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis/ Business Process Consulting, Project management, Product management
• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Experience in facilitating meetings and drive discussion with senior customer executives, business users, and IT team members
• Experience with Agile project management tools.
• Working knowledge of creating process flows, business/ functional requirements, Use Case models, Activity diagrams, Data Flow diagrams etc.
• Proficiency in automobile domain
• The candidate will have to define business/ process models for automotive clients considering Industry best practices
• Manufacturing experience in one of the global automotive OEMs is a MUST and should demonstrate strong proficiency across the Auto Industry value chain and related best practices
• Write requirements "stories" in the scrum product backlogs and refine them
• Proven experience in agile methodology performing the role of product owner with certification in CSPO. Should also have worked on at least 1 agile tool (eg. JIRA, Azure DevOps).
Preferred
• Work closely with global teams and business stakeholders in the automotive industry to drive business workshops to define requirements, develop product backlog and elaborate
• Should have proven academic records and display thought leadership with deep understanding on latest technology trends in automotive industry
• Work with tech teams and business teams to manage project related tasks
• Ability to understand changing business processes, participation in defining requirements and documenting BRDs
• Aware of testing processes in Agile environments
• Define the metrics that measure product development success and use data to drive decisions.
• Has the "discipline" of working with people; is structured in his/her approach to orchestrating teams through complex technology solution development.
• Swedish language skills
