The Team
At Industry Solutions we are 12+ experienced Product Managers in the team and organize ourselves into four different Industry teams (Critical Community Services / Building & Construction / Postal, Retail & Manufacturing / Forestry & Agriculture). Industry Solutions is responsible for further developing the vehicle and solutions offer throughout the world, from Nordic European distributors to Asian and Latin America markets.
You will be immerged in a truly international and diverse environment, both from the people you will have contact with and from your co-workers. What will you do:
As Business Analyst to this team you will be working close with the Director of Industry Solutions on the overall tasks to keep a good development of the Industry teams. This will offer you a great opportunity to develop your holistic view and strategic thinking.
You will receive assignments to work together with the experienced Product Manager owning application responsibility where you will be exposed to different experiences. Such as market analysis, business case calculations, defining strategies to launch products, etc.
Here you have the chance to understand technical parts of the product as well as building knowledge about the specific customer needs and trends today and in the future. This knowledge is gained by interacting, visiting and working close to our Business Units and customers worldwide, as well as participating in fairs and events.
Who you are:
You should have interest in working with both Scania's product and commercial offering, not only from a vehicle perspective but specially from a combined vehicle, services and connected solutions. You have some hands on experience in the Scania business and good knowledge about the different areas within the company, plus you are:
• Fast learner, being able to quickly shift between more technical and analytical tasks to strategic and commercial views;
• Open to some travelling when needed to get real perspective and be close to our main stakeholder: the distributors and Scania Business Units;
• Good with setting an organized way of working and managing deadlines;
• Flexible and able to adapt into different cultural environments;
• Knowledgeable on Power BI as user as well as other MS Office tools.
