We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our Tech Business Delivery team. As a Business Analyst at Kindred, you will have direct relationships with people from different business areas all over the world, but your primary business owners will be in the Tech department. You will be supporting pre-project activities, requirements gathering and analysis and following up on benefits realisation. Our Technical Business Delivery team is responsible for delivering critical changes required by our different Tech functions.

We need a skilful analyst who excels at managing business change and enabling technical delivery. You need to be self-driven, have outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills and experience working in an agile environment.

What will you be doing?
Lead requirements gathering and analysis of technical initiatives
Focusing on business value, strategic alignment, and quality of customer experience
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to solidify and challenge business objectives
Work closely with technical development and architecture to translate business needs into effective solutions
Build strong relationship across the group
Manage changes in requirements and/or solutions
Analyse customer journeys and business processes and identify optimization opportunities
Support in benefits analyses and ROI calculations of technical initiatives
What have you done?
Experience working as a Business Analyst, working on business change and technical projects in a digital business environment
Experience working with Technical teams to break down the complex technical concepts into clear requirements
Break down the business case into clear requirements, taking into consideration benefits realisation and return of investment, challenging the business owners and stakeholders involved
Background in Tech or passion for technology is a must
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical information and clearly document it with a level of detail appropriate for the audience
Supporting the Delivery Manager to break down the initiative into the deliverables with a clear business value
Proven ability in typical BA skill set - requirements engineering, modelling techniques, analysis techniques
Must be well organized, structured, methodical and diligent
Experience in running workshops to develop requirements and user stories
Flexible and pragmatic approach to methodologies and processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent verbal and written English is essential
Can-do attitude and adaptability to changing circumstances
Enjoys working in a highly dynamic and international environment
Experience from the online gambling industry is considered a strong merit
Degree level education
