No need to look any further, we are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will work with one of the most prioritized areas in the bank, introducing a new tele-communication platform for call centers and branches across all our home markets.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be a part of one of the most existing and prioritized areas in the bank working with implementing tele-communication platforms serving both application end user and customers
• Facilitating collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure a successful way of working and overall understanding our stakeholders needs
What is needed in this role:
• Ability to be able to translate stakeholders needs into solution(s)/requirement(s)
• Drive and coordinate new developments with relevant stakeholders and development team(s)
• Skilled people's person, collaborating with many different stakeholders
• Ability to detail and verify the back-log items and plan/estimate work together with the team
• Have a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Understanding of IT landscape, retail banking and/or tele-communication platforms
• Experience of working in agile development organisations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience for a business-critical platform
• It is beneficial to have previous experience with cloud-based solutions
