BPM & EA Solution Center provides various services related to tools in the Business Process Management (BPM) - and Enterprise Architecture (EA) domains.
Business Analyst
BPM & EA Solution Center is a team consisting of 15 people, sited in Gothenburg and Bangalore.
As a Business Analyst, you will be working in various assignments within the BPM and EA domain. You will mainly work with requirements management, helping the customer translating their needs into IT demands, but also work as project manager in order to coordinate the team's delivery towards the customer. The work will also include modeling activities in our BPM and EA tool QLM and/or ARIS.
Required qualifications:
• Good knowledge about BPM or EA
• Broad IT background
• Some experience in project- and requirement management
• Experience in BPM or EA modeling tools (preferable QualiWare Lifecycle Manager) will be seen as an advantage
General qualifications and skills:
• Have a structured approach to work
• Ability to have a holistic view of the whole solution
• Experience from large and complex solutions
• Good communicator, presentation skills and ability to convince others of good ideas
• Motivated, innovative enthusiastic and a positive attitude
• Team player and ability to work with several project simultaneously
• High business and customer focus
• Fluent in English and Swedish
