Connectivity Runtime are responsible for the delivery of OEM cloud operation and maintenance. You will be part of the newly formed team and have the possibilities to work in a rapidly growing organization where you can help us build an outstanding environment.
We are now looking for a Business Analyst that will focus on operations, runtime delivery and improvement of scalability, stability, and quality. In parallel also support the team with organization requirement break down, implementation and set up. External collaboration and interaction will be part of daily work.
Responsibilities
• Ensure high performance in runtime operations and governance
• Maintain Service Level Agreement towards supplier
• Improve processes to enable operational quality
• Investigation and evaluation of existing and future deliveries
• Support the team with the requirement process including
• Create and execute implantation plans
• Coordinate and manage external and internal stakeholders
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information and evaluate output
• Delivery will include an on-call schedule
• Work might include overtime as applicable per labor law

You will be part of the team delivering cloud solutions to OEM 's. You will report to the Program Manager for operational setup.
