In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• To independently handle tasks, requirements and questions, within the business area
• Process analysis of advanced character referring to our services and their sourcing including Teradata views, SSIS and SQL Server processing, MSSQL Databases, Ambit Focus application as well as Oracle databases and TDE application (SOL).
• Taking active part and/or ownership for implementing and further developing knowledge and understanding of the process
• Map and document underlying operational business processes and routines as well as business requirements on system solutions in collaboration with Stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance, such as: planning tests and performing some System tests
What is needed in this role:
• You have Financial academic graduation
• You have at least 5 years of Business Analyst background from the Financial Industry
• You have experience from working with risk, regulation, or compliance issues at Financial Institutions
• You are service- and solution oriented
• You have experience in Agile way of Working
• You are analytical and have good problem-solving skills
• You are a great team player and you have a good sense of humour
• You have great communication skills (English is required, Swedish is a plus)

Who are we? In very short terms, we are the bank in the bank. Value Stream Treasury is integrated in BD & BIO Group Treasury (part of CFO Office) and have an overall responsibility for all services used by Treasury. Value Stream Treasury consists of 23 people, organised in 3 teams. We work with many parts of Swedbank due to the nature of the Treasury-function. Team Liquidity and Treasury reporting supports: Liquidity Risk, Risk ALM and Covered Bond reporting. By joining the team, with the mission to build and maintain Treasury's services. Since early 2019 we have implemented the agile way of working.
