Who you are
You have a genuine interest in making sense out of raw data and helping the organization make more informative decisions, where your drive will be the key to finding new insights. Your tasks will require a high degree of knowledge of data extraction and data processing to the final step of isolating key business drivers, and courage to challenge the organization where it is needed based on your new insights. You constantly strive to develop yourself to increase performance and efficiency.
What you will do
As a business analyst, you will work within the Sales Analytics Department. Your tasks will include helping the departments within Sales to better understand and utilize their data, and creating MVPs for new analytical processes and tools. In addition to that, you are expected to deliver ad-hoc data analysis involving complex problem solving and, in the same vein, to pro-actively support our business objectives by providing analytical expertise. Lastly, you will most likely develop your skills as an analyst by learning from like-minded, passionate and talented colleagues.
You should have
• A BSc/MSc in Business & Economics or Industrial Engineering & Management from a top university or business school.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Values in line with that of Etraveli Group: Playing to win, sense of urgency to be excellent, accountability and cooperation.
You might have
• Basic knowledge of how to use more advanced analytical tools such as SQL, Python or R.

A flexible work schedule and work in a diverse environment with offices in both Sweden and Athens. The position is located in Stockholm, five minutes by foot from the Central Station.
