You will work in a team which is driving the ongoing change towards radical business Agility. We help and coach our business within the Customer Solutions area to achieve their ambitious goals, better understanding our customers and continuously delivering value. It is important for us to learn from and with each other along this exciting journey in an innovative work environment.
As a Business Analyst at E.ON you will be a part of a division that works with analysis and change. In this role you will support with the translation from customer needs to the delivery team, using service design thinking and the core values and principles of Agile. You will be a connection between the business and the IT department and act as a communication broker. You will work with change management and support teams and the business in making the best choice for the organization.
You will be accountable for:
Supporting and coaching in creating Value Propositions
Grooming Epics and User Stories
Supporting the Product Owners in prioritizing the backlog
Quality of the backlog regardless of level
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with IT and business stakeholders
Contribute to central processes like Change and Release Management
Closely align, take guidance from and provide feedback to IT Architecture and Solution units to ensure overall consistency of solutions and smooth transition of changes (projects, enhancements...) into operations
The role is located in Malmö.

A suitable candidate needs:
Several years of experience from the energy sector
Relevant university degree
Fluent in English and Swedish
Strong analytical and structured way of thinking, high organizational skills and IT affinity
Ability to work both independently and within a team. Willingness to accept responsibility
