hela Sverige The overall responsibility of the Business Analyst is to support the management and business areas in the retail unmanned division primarily in Sweden with reports, analysis, presentations, decision support and process facilitation. The Business Analysis department is involved in almost every aspect of the retail Unmanned business.
The role requires close cooperation with a wide array of the business including overall retail management, category managers, sales managers, project managers, site managers and related staff.
Key Duties
Prepare analysis and reports including recommendations and next steps on given subjects related to the business.
Prepare and develop coherent presentations in powerpoint including presentation of these in relevant forums when needed.
Ensure the economic foundation and development of business cases in order to prioritize and validate efforts - including subsequent follow-up.
Ensure internal partners on all levels are equipped with the necessary overview and tools to manage the business - including scorecards.
Develop skills and competencies in order to improve and ensure that meetings and processes are run efficiently - minimize wasted time and facilitate effective decision making.
Budgeting in cooperation with Finance and subsequent follow-up.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate the outcome from analysis into concrete actions and proposals for improvement
• Strong communicative skills, especially written but also verbal

• Basic knowledge & good understanding in Swedish (written and verbal) and fluent in English (verbal and written)
