Your objective will be to formulate and define change project objectives based on end-user and business needs thorough understanding of business systems, business models and industry requirements. You will undertake requirements gathering that ensure business strategy and value alignment but also develop functional specifications in working partnership with architects and business. within your area of responsibility is also to Prepare business cases and project plans for change initiatives where needed, where you will support business change and secure technical delivery to ensure business needs are met from start to finish.
The position calls for a Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 year analysis experience in the telecommunication, logistics, retail or utility markets, specifically around modelling of complex processes, data and business rules. You also need experience in project management and have a deep business understanding combined with a curiosity to learn new things and develop in a fast changing world. Your communication and stakeholder skills are therefore the foundation for your success.
The position will most likely require:
Experience around analysis in the telecommunication, logistics, retail or utility markets, specifically modelling of complex processes and data.
Profound business understanding and experience in Project management
Experience in working with architects a system developers in order to translate requirements into technical deliverables and vice versa.
Experience in working with agile methodologies like Scrum, Canban, SAFe.
A university degree
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
To be successful in the role of a Business Analyst you need to have a strong consultancy profile in terms of good presentation skills, influencing skills and ability to facilitate workshops.
You are expected to establish, maintain and develop effective relationships with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
