hela Sverige The consultant/s shall be requested to perform various tasks related to the projects, products, applications and services delivered by the ICT Unit, in coordination with other sections, other Units and external entities, when necessary. The tasks will include: ? Liaise closely with all the project stakeholders, including business owners, project manager, and enterprise and solution architect; ? Assist business owners with articulating vision and writing business cases; ? Perform stakeholder analysis and assist strategic stakeholders in defining business needs; ? Model, document, analyze, and propose improvements to business processes; ? Manage requirements including elicitation, analysis and prioritization, verification and validation; ? Assist in writing test cases and contribute to testing in different stages; ? Create and maintain technical and user documentation; ? Produce documentation using UML and/or ArchiMate; ? Conduct feasibility and related studies for IT and non-IT projects; ? Deliverables are general business analysis product, particularly; ? Requirements documentation, Meeting minutes, Workshop preparation material and outcomes, Vision documents, UML models; ? ArchiMate enterprise architecture models;
University degree with minimum 8 years of experience in IT OR non university degree with minimum 15 years of experience in IT; ? Extent of experience eliciting, analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements & doing process modelling and reengineering; ? Extent of experience with preparing and conducting business analysis workshops & and document; ? Extent of experience with the enterprise architecture frameworks, preferably TOGAF and RM-ODP, is an asset & relevant modelling languages (ArchiMate); ? Usage of Sparx Enterprise Architect with UML, BPMN and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for requirements management it would be advantageous; ? Understanding of the intended profile from the Tenderer preparing the technical proposal; ? Support of the Tenderer to the consultant throughout the contract lifecycle; ? Experience working in a multinational environment is required; ? experience in the area of public health/epidemiology or other health areas can be beneficial; ? The consultant is expected to demonstrate command of general competencies and skills, namely: ? Good team spirit and collaboration, Capability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; ? Capacity to plan and deliver own work, estimating accurately the effort and time necessary; ? Rapid self-starting capabilities, Ability to understand and to efficiently summarize large quantities of information; ? Excellent communication and presentation skills; ? Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal;
