Role description
You will be part of a team that investigate, analyze, break down, and produce high quality features based on outcome from stakeholder workshops and a customer dialogues. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for many of those contact areas, and will work close with different types of both internal and external stakeholders. Even though we value team effort, in some occasions, you will act as the single bridge between the stakeholders and our team, therefore, we believe that you are comfortable in driving your own work and see yourself as an expert in communication.
As part of our team, you will be working with realizing ideas into high quality features that truly is key to make a difference to our customers. Who you are

For you to be successful in this role, you need to be structured yet flexible, innovative and curious, and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business-oriented attitude. Of course, you enjoy teamwork and contribute daily to our positive team spirit and you like taking on responsibility. It is necessary that you can formulate information both written and spoken in both Swedish and English - fluently. Other European languages is a merit.
A relevant university degree
Ability to see the big picture, solve problems and act under pressure
Many years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in an international work environment
A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus
Proven communication skills
Ability to travel abroad (prerequisite for some of the positions)
