The arena
GOI is the SET IS group, which ensures that the Information and Systems needs of the Global Operations function are delivered appropriately by the Global IS function. The Sweden Business Partnering team works with both Gärtuna and Snäckviken sites in Södertälje supporting the Sweden Operations customer base of approximately 3000 persons and approximately 30 critical Information Systems. The team is lead by the Business Relationship Director and the management team consisting of 4 Business Relationship Managers and a Q&C Manager.
The role
There are 2 roles available which will be responsible for managing one of the following SAP modules in Finance and Procurement Direct Material. Each role will report directly to the Business Relationship Manager.
The Business Analyst is responsible for using methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in the relevant area in terms of its functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based.
They must understand the business needs whilst validating and documenting the business and system requirements and ensures the solutions developed satisfy the needs of the business and industry requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for applying the correct monitors and modelling and analysis tools in business analysis, requirements definition and management, business process and system testing, and user experience analysis. They will need to prepare and implement prioritised and agreed business cases which define potential benefits, options for achieving these benefits through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks. Identifies stakeholders and the business needs.
The role will also require working with other business analysts and supporting the end users on a day to day basis, whilst managing interactions needed with the suppliers to ensure a high quality service with no interruptions. This will be with partners on and offshore in both a local and global environment, it is therefore vital to have a good command of use of Swedish and English both written and spoken, and the ability to work collaboratively with different cultures whilst driving the necessary improvements and changes required.
