The product area Data Analytics & Automation has a mission to digitalize and continuously improve the procurement processes and systems to build the future of Procurement. To have our customers in focus is a natural way of working for us, and all priorities shall initially be based on business value.
What's in it for you?
We are hiring an experienced Business analyst to join our agile team. The role of Business analyst is an important part of an agile team, acting as the key interface between the users and the Procurement stakeholders. For this role, its therefor key to really get to know and understand the stakeholders needs and ways of working.
You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the Product owner for Data Analytics & Automation. You will be part of a large team consisting of not only Business analysts but also solution architects, scrum masters, technical leads and analysts.
To succeed in this role you should have an interest in digital transformation. You are a doer, always get things done and have a genuine interest of creating customer value.
What you'll do as our Business Analyst
You evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement. You will also perform requirements analysis with stakeholders to anticipate and visualize requirements.
In your role, you are part of developing and implementing solutions.
You ensures that solutions meet business needs and requirements, and plans / conducts tests of user acceptance.
You act as Scrum Master, and define sprint content in the assignment, you will of course, keep up to date on the latest process and IT progress for automating and modernizing systems.
It 's also the responsibility to document and maintain procedures.
Do You fit the profile?
• A bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Significant knowledge in Procurement Processes and systems.
• Having experience both as a Technical Lead and Business Analyst.
• Very good experience in Database concepts, Relational Database, Data Modeling and Master Data Mapping.
• Excellent knowledge in analyzing complex data and building insights/Analytics from data in Power BI.
• Hands on experience with complex PL/SQL queries and Good knowledge on the Microsoft Office tools and Power platform.
• Good understanding on overall IT systems/landscape.
• Self-driven and creative with experience of driving improvements and Skilled in creating requirements, visualizing business needs and giving presentations.
• Meritorious if completed Scrum training and/or Agile SAFe training.
