In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be part of our fantastic team with deep knowledge in the Lending processes.
• Develop and maintain Swedbank 's credit origination systems.
• Work, alongside team members and other agile teams and business owners in our SAFe train.
• Collaborate with Epic owners, Product Managers and APO to understand the needs of our customers and advisors
What is needed in this role:
• High self leadership skills
• You are a strong team player and willing to cooperate with different counterparties
• Structured way of working; you are great at time management, prioritization, planning and information structuring
• Strong background in business analysis and requirement processes
• Experience in creating and refining user stories together with APO is highly regarded
• Experience in quality assurance
• Proven experience of software development environment, preferably been working with Pega
• Cooperation skills in working closely with the developers e.g working with REST API
• Knowledge in process design work
• Business and branch technical knowledge with an understanding of data structure and data flows
• Previous experience in the Lending industry as well as working experience in SAFe methods
• Have a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and speech
