In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be a part of defining Swedbank's data strategy and the information management target state.
• Increase data literacy and build engagement in the wider organisation through communities of practice, workshops and trainings in the area of Information Management.
• Implement data capability maturity assessment framework and processes.
• Be a part of creating an internal data marketplace.
What is needed in this role:
• Completed a degree in a relevant academic field (e.g. data, business, engineering, systems science, IT, communications).
• Strong skills in strategic analysis, writing compelling text and creating and delivering presentations.
• Previous experience in arranging and facilitating workshops.
• Previous experience with data strategy, information management, BI services and/or analytics.
• Meriting: Previous experience of change management, workforce training, launching and marketing new services in a large organisation, DCAM framework.
