Healthcare Business Analyst responsibilities:
• Gather, document, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements for Healthcare applications
• Model, analyze, and improve of business processes
• Perform stakeholder analysis
• Document standards of operational processes of healthcare institutions
• Assist stakeholders in prioritizing requirements
• Develop use cases and assist in developing test cases
• Coordinate with technical, functional and business users, including Business Owners of the application(s), as well as software developers
• Contribute to and validate the functional testing of IT applications
• Contribute and support in the preparation of the user training curricula, training materials, and perform user training, when requested
• Assist the section in developing and implementing standards
You have supplemented your University degree with at least 4-6 years' experience working with use case design, business requirements and IT development projects within healthcare industry. Work experience with Central Asian countries including Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kirgizstan is an advantage. At the same time, you are equipped with interpersonal skills and therefore able to establish relations to colleagues and external stakeholders. You must have proficiency in English language. Furthermore, language skills of Russian, Tajik, and Uzbek are desirable.
