hela Sverige We are currently looking for several Business Analysts to join the Digital Finance & Purchasing team! You will be working as a liaison among different stakeholders in order to understand the benefits and needs of the Polestar organization.

What you will do
The Digital Finance & Purchasing team is looking for Business Analysts within the Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Core Finance areas. As a Business Analyst, you will work as a liaison among different stakeholders in order to understand the benefits and needs of the Polestar organization. In this role, you will support your team in global deliveries with tasks ranging from business requirement gathering and analysis, to customizing and deployment done by internal and external resources, using Workday and S4 Hana applications. In each financial area, you will drive the preparation and continuously improve the digital processes.
Further on, you will:
• Support the Digital Lead and Digital Product Manager
• Identify and understand business needs, define and prepare the delivery of digital solutions to meet those needs
• Support and enable collaboration across other Polestar functional teams and partners towards our goals
• Manage pre-studies within your financial area based on the Polestar application landscape
• Support the digital enablement for processes within your financial area on a global level for all Polestar markets
Examples of what you will work with as a Business Analyst within Purchase to Pay:
• Approval
• Automation
• Matching
• Vendor Management
Examples of what you will work with as a Business Analyst within Order to Cash:
• Cash sales
• Lease sales
• Loan
• Financial Service Providers
Examples of what you will work with as a Business Analyst within Core Finance:
• Treasury management
• Strategic planning and financial analysis
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
Who you are
We are looking for you who believe that openness and collaboration are key to success. You are a proactive and dynamic ''doer'' who works strategically at the same time. You possess strong communication and listening skills and are able to fluently adjusts content and details to fit the target audience. You are able to work well independently as well as in a team.
To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:
• Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Digital Finance, preferably in managing ERP projects in a global environment or equivalent
• You have proven work experience within a global context
• Experience in Agile Development
