One significant transformation program is the DOH/OMPS/XA Programme, where we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst. You will belong to the Demand Chain Domain within SKF IT Business Process Solutions. Initially you will be fully engaged in the "DOH/OMPS/XA Programme" but over time you will get the opportunity work in other IT and ERP projects.
As a Demand Chain Business Analyst within the DOH/OMPS/XA Programme you will:
Your day-to-day work
• Support the roll out of the existing solution template
• Capture business requirements and propose changes to the template.
• Train Demand Chain leads in factories in Europe
• Evaluate the fit of the template in the different units, identify gaps and propose solutions
• Assist the local business in testing
• Assist the local business leads in collecting, cleaning and loading of data into the systems
You will travel frequently in this position.
We expect you to have
• Prior experience from working as a business consultant, an ERP application consultant or in Supply Chain Management at a medium to large size company within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience of ERP implementations and upgrade projects.
• Experience of process mappings, process improvements, system configurations, testing and training.
• Very good knowledge of Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing processes and systems
• Very good knowledge of related main Master Data (MD) objects; customer master, supplier master, item master.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing industry best practice processes and procedures.
• You are fluent when it comes to speaking and writing English.
It would be beneficial of you had knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, XA or M3, knowledge of Advanced Production Planning (like Thruput) and knowledge of MES, (like Paperless).

Additional information for you
The position holder will report to SKF IT Business Process Solution Demand Chain, and should be located preferably in Gothenburg, Sweden or in any of the major SKF sites in Europe (Schweinfurt, Germany - Airasca, Italy - Saint Cyr, France).
