As a person, you see endless possibilities of how technology can support and enable high-quality technology services/products for our stakeholders.
We believe you are analytical and open to change. You have a big interest in and some experiences/knowledge about IT infrastructures, such as data centers, operating systems, storage, and so on. Most importantly, you work with stakeholders in a continuous feedback loop to understand their needs and pain points to translate them into technical services and products.
We also expect you to be an ambassador where you set the standards, guidelines, and best practices on how business development is run within Data Center &Platforms.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
• Formal qualifications in Information Technology, Business Analysis or equivalent
• At least 2 -years working experience within a business development or business analysis area
• Big interest in IT infrastructure, such as operating systems, storage, etc.
• Demonstrable experience in collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• You are comfortable with analyzing, presenting, showcasing & marketing service offerings to stakeholders on different levels and with different knowledge. You are familiar with building business cases.
• You possess excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage with consumers, build trustful relationships with our stakeholders at many different levels/channels.
It is a big plus if you are familiar with BABOK guide and are a certified Business Analyst by IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be part of the Data Center & Platform leadership team where we lead the great teams to build, deliver and evangelize around our private cloud hosting service enabling our consumers' insight, efficient and stable services for their products and platforms, so they are performing to deliver an excellent digital experience to our end customers.
In this role as Business Analyst, you will report to Service Manager Martin Vörös who is accountable for Service Roadmap and Delivery Teams of Data Center and PlatformsDC Platforms.
Your office location will be in south Sweden (Helsingborg, Malmö, or Älmhult).
Among many tasks you will:
• Act as a trusted advisor and leader that continuously builds productive relationships based on the clear communication of our services, gathering of the evolving needs of the business, and delivering on agreed-upon commitments. You will focus on the WHY and WHAT, and the engineering teams will handle the HOW.
• Communicate and sell our services, driving the need of our consumers, like time to value, pay peruse, and simplicity. This includes creating and maintaining our service offerings and service status dashboard/metrics.
• Translate business requirements into information models and dashboards to visualize Service/Product metrics such as usage, capacity, lifecycle, cost
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, and together with different engineering teams further turn those requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders, connecting with them regularly, so that the understanding of our Vision, Strategy, and Roadmaps is clear and crisp. All in the pursuit to uncover potential new opportunities/possibilities. On the other hand, bring their feedback back to the team, so we can adjust and fulfill the business needs.
• Be the bridge between our Customers and Engineering Managers/Co-Workers. To balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts.

You will be working in a diverse DC&P leadership team with a passion for IKEA, our values, people, and our service. We have trust, openness, and fun as key values in our small (6 persons) team, sitting in the south of Sweden.
The Service Area Core Digital Infrastructure has co-workers in Sweden (Helsingborg, Malmö, and Älmhult), Germany (Dortmund and Diedenbergen), the USA (Philadelphia), and China (Shanghai).
