ABOUT THE ROLE
The TAC Finance team is an agile, integrated, consumer-centric team, driven by a "can-do" attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Within this team, the position of Business Analysis Manager Malibu is a critical role concentrating on 5 core areas:
be responsible to analyze and drive visibility of global business performance
as Business Partner to the Brand and Business Acceleration teams, bring fact-based insights to facilitate and influence strategic decision making
lead key initiatives with an objective to drive top-line growth and optimize resources
support the brand and financial internal and external planning cycles, driving efficiency and effectiveness through the process
ownership of analysis and tracking of the performance of TAC brands' RTD product portfolios
This is a key role in The Absolut Company finance team where you will positively impact both the immediate and long-term success of the organization. The role holder will closely collaborate and build business partnership with the marketing, operations, and leadership teams in the organization.

ABOUT YOU
You are highly motivated and have a positive mindset, you actively identify potential problems and propose solutions. Thanks to your strong business acumen and understanding and your skills, you can strongly influence the business and easily interact with different stakeholders.
You have demonstrated:
An analytical proficiency and expertise in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
Accountability and ability to interact across organization delivering a high level of customer service
Growth and curious mindset, and capability to translate effectiveness across a team
We believe that you are:
University Degree or higher (B Sc/M Sc or equivalent) in business and/or engineering
4+ years of experience from BP&A/finance/consulting roles in a consumer goods business
International profile, with experience in different industries are a bonus
