Adecco Finance & Legal have the perfect assignment for you! Vattenfall Wind is now looking for a Business Administrator to support the operations and maintenance of our Swedish onshore wind farms.

Main tasks and responsibilities

* Responsible for handling payments of land leases and Co-ownership agreements
* Coding and control of invoices and revenues
* Reporting and reconciliation for production figures
* Act as support to Finance department
* Support country manager with monthly reporting and progress tracking
* Support country manager with coordination of team tasks and interfaces to other departments
* Support site managers with administrative tasks, e.g. in SAP, both on an adhoc and on a continuous basis
* Lead initiatives with purpose to develop and improve the way we work e.g. with administrative tasks
* Support new wind farm projects in the Swedish portfolio

Qualifications



* Further education in Business Administration or Engineering
* A minimum of three years ' experience in the area of Administration and or Economics
* Ability to develop administrative processes
* Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
* Swedish mother tongue and fluent in English

About the employment
You will be employed as a consultant by Adecco Finance & Legal. The assignment will start as soon as possible and for the right profile the duration period of 12 months can be prolonged with us at Adecco.
