Major Responsibilities
Actively support Research & Development (R&D) Finance Controller and act as an interface between internal and external business relations through handling of manager s e-mail, calendar coordination, preparation of meetings, minutes and action lists.
Travel administration and expense reports
Handle SRM-order system and Business Mangement System (BMS)
IT and Telephony coordinator R&D Finance
Security and Office Facility coordinator R&D staffs
Member of the R&D Finance team and RDMTA network
Qualifications;
Prior experience of administrative work
Fluent in spoken and written English
High integrity & customer oriented
Independent and ability to take own initiatives and develop the role
Excellent computer skills (Office)
