At Electrolux Major Appliances EMEA, we are on a journey to provide our consumers with a simply outstanding experience in Taste, Care & Wellbeing.We are now looking for a Business Controller to join the Ownership Solutions team within Major Appliances EMEA. The Ownership Solutions team's core strategy is to focus on Best In Class Consumer Experience, creating value for the consumer by offering relevant product and services focused on the post appliance purchase journey of the consumer.You will as Business Controller Ownership Solutions, make sure we drive profitable growth of Aftermarket sales and work together with the Category Directors for the different products and services.You will act as a true business partner to the Ownership Solutions organization focused on Major Appliances EMEA Services, Spares, Consumables, and Accessories Categories. You will provide Financial and Commercial support and visibility to the Business leaders while acting as a change manager within the Controlling and wider organization owards theConsumer Centricstrategy.

Furthermore, you will be:* Responsible from a controlling point of view for the Monthly Cluster Business calls as well as Weekly Forecasting/Weekly Beat Cluster calls.* Responsible for Monthly analysis, quarterlyforecasting and yearly Budgeting processes for Ownership Solutions Categories/Channels.* Involved in the New Services Portfolioand profitability analysis.* Involved in various Ownership Solutions related Projects and Business cases.* Identifying and developing controls, processes, and proposing/driving corrective actions.* Monthly / Quarterly closing activities ensuring the accuracyof the Ownership Solutions P&L,both management reporting and financial reporting

Profil
2(2)Who you areYou have ideally strong Planning & Forecasting as well as Financial accounting & reporting background and solid Business performance reporting & analysis experience. You can successfully lead projects and have worked with business process improvements.You probably have a master degree in economics, business management or finance and minimum5 years relevant work experience. You speak English fluently, any other European language we consider a plus.You have a passion for analyzing data and making business conclusions and recommendations. You are highly adaptable to change, are a fast learner and have an agile approach. You are also collaborative, customer-driven, enthusiastic and pro-active. You also enjoy working in a very international environment and have experience of working with people at all levels in multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.

Du kommer vara uthyrd till Electrolux via oss på OnePartnerGroup under de första 6 månaderna.
Tjänsten är på heltid med en beräknad start redan i slutet på maj alternativt 1 Juni så du behöver vara tillgänglig omgående.
