Since the domain provides services on an enterprise level, it is important you have 5+ years of working experiences of enterprise content management workflows and platforms.
To succeed in this role, you are self-motivated and highly technical with the best practices view on how to analyse and understand different products. It is an advantage if you have experience of working with PIM, DAM, headless CMS, Marketing Automation platforms and cloud-based solutions within MarTech stack or have similar training done in the past.
In your role as a Business Analyst, you will help and guide development teams within M&C Digital transformation journey.
Your assignment will include:
Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are.
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business.
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on research.
Collaborate and help the technology team of software and data engineers in terms of requirement gathering.
Help the product owners and specialists on the business inputs with respect to the roadmap of the products.
Qualifications
You have a strong business and strategic understanding and you are passionate about it.
You have a high customer focus and are used to interpret and translate requirements to solutions that create customer and business value
You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing and can describe complex things in a simple and comprehensive way
You enjoy creating new relationships and expanding your network
An academic education in Business Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with customer focus requirement gathering and analysis.
Good communication in English.
