Are you passionate about Building Design Coordination and want to be part of a young organisation aiming for world class buildings, using efficient methods and tools?
The Factory Design & Logistics department within Development & Engineering / Packaging Material is responsible for designing world class factories enabling competitive packaging material production, around the world.
We need to strengthen our team with a Building Design Coordinator with strong knowledge in civil and structural building design. You will be based in Lund - Sweden, working globally with about 10-20 % travelling time.
Main responsibilities
• Coordinate factory building & utilities design
• Create building and utilities standards
• Build and improve our building process
• Drive energy optimisation programs

Kvalifikationer
To be successful in this position you need to be a self-motivated person with a strong drive. You have an organised and structured work style with a proactive thinking. Furthermore you are a team player who realizes the importance of sharing your knowledge with others as well as an ability to take the lead. Communication skills and the ability to adjust to different people and cultures are important as you will be working cross functional with different projects and nationalities.
Preferably you have a Master of Science in Building Engineering or equivalent combined with a general knowledge of different building design disciplines with minimum 5 years experience from civil/structural design including project management skills. It is a merit if you have building construction experience from projects outside Sweden. Other appreciated skills/experiences are AutoCad and project planning. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken and we appreciate if you also speak additional languages.
