hela Sverige We currently have a vacancy within the Global Product Support Services team, for a highly motivated and resourceful engineer. You will be part of a closely knit team, working in an inspiring atmosphere at Product Support Services where there are many different growth opportunities. You will offer support and assistance to our Building Management System (BMS) field engineers at our branch offices and affiliates worldwide.

Requirements
In-depth knowledge of HVAC, Access or Security applications as well as automation systems is preferable.
Knowledge of Schneider Electric's Buildings Business products would be advantageous, however training will be provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide in-depth technical support to internal and, in some cases, external customers in a timely manner.
Investigate reported software and hardware faults and document the findings.
Conduct on site investigation for product issues.
Log all support activity into the CRM system.
Assist with testing of existing and future products.
Assist other team members in day-to-day technical or administrative issues, as required.
Assist with training of other support engineers.
Maintain a tidy and professional appearance, both in and out of the office.
Good English communication skills, verbally and written.
In-depth knowledge of computers in a Windows environment.
Structured trouble-shooting skills for complex issues.
Capable of working with people who have varying technical and product knowledge.
