MultiMind Bemanning is right now looking for a BTO & Supply Specialist for our client, an international manufacturer and marketer of home appliances. This is a perfect opportunity for you who wants to work with the entire flow through Supply Chain and be in the middle of it all. If you have the ambition to develop and to grow internationally, this is the right position for you! This is a 1 year consultancy opportunity with a possibility to prolongation.

The role:
The overall purpose of the role is to process orders with big volumes in an efficient and professional manner. The scope truly gives you the possibility to work with and follow the entire flow through Supply Chain, from the incoming order to delivery of a shipment. You will be part of an ambitious team in a multicultural environment. Internally BTO & Supply Specialist works closely with demand-planners, logistics and the sales team as well as central colleagues in factories and in Supply Chain. Externally you will be working with the main stake holders at the customers' purchasing departments.
Main responsibilities:
Processing and follow of large orders that will be delivered direct to customers from factories
Work with factory production planners on the daily production to understand issues and opportunities
Manage the rescheduling and deliveries to regional distribution centers
Daily and weekly chech of data to compare the forecast with order and production
Provide stock information report to sales, availability information and other relevant information on factory constraints
Your profile:
We are looking for a analytical, business oriented and flexible person who is able to execute a wide range of responsibilities and has the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You are a problem solver that is able to deliver high quality on time. It is important that you are able to combine information input from different data sources as well as are comfortable with working both independently and in collaboration with others.
Previous experience of managing product flow within a supply chain function
Experience of work where you need to multitask while having a conversation with your customer/colleague
Good knowledge of Excel and SAP
Studious and accurate with capability to prioritize with business interest at first hand
Excellent English skills, fluency in a Nordic language is a merit
Experience from working towards factories and customers, negotiationg and creating a good relationship
Degree from Logistics/Supply Chain is beneficial
