Aside from this you will be a helping hand with production planning, recipes, yeast handling & also festivals to promote our brand.
We search for an experienced brewer that is working in a well-known brewery today within the craft beer world and have done so for minimum 2-4 years. You need to be able to step right into production and after a short time of introduction, being able to run the brewery on your own shift. Additional skills that will help us in our day to day work, is that if you have experience in driving a forklift. You need to be fluent in english as our crew is multinational.
Brewski is a young craft beer brewery that was founded in 2014. Today we are a part of the Swedish craft beer community and we always strive to make a better beer with natural ingredients. We provide our craft beers to 20+ countries all over the world.
Varaktighet, arbetstid
The position needs to be filled before december 2017. We are not connected to any union. But we follow all the necessary regulations through FORA insurances and pension.
