We are now looking for a Head Waiter for our breafast & lunch operation.
Hotel C Stockholm offers you a working place that is developing and inspiring. Hotel C is a part of Nordic Hotels & Resorts, Nordic Choice Hospitality Group. We even have an affiliation with Preferred Hotels. Hotel C is unique as the world's first ICEBAR is situated in our hotel. The hotel has 367 rooms, 12 conference rooms, a restaurant and a bar.
Main Tasks:
• Responsible for leading the breakfast and lunch operatons
• Brief and lead staff during the shift as well as to feedback and develop team members
• Responsible for service with the goal of obtaining guest satisfaction
• Being up to date with the department's goals and objectives and work daily towards these goals
• Keeping the good spirit and motivation up within the whole team
• Keeping the restaurant clean and in good condition at all time
• Responsible for scheduling accordingly set productivity targets

You are/have:
• An true hotel enthusiast and willing to grow in the industry
• Having great self confidence and taking ownership
• Been working at least 2 years in a similar position

• Enjoy interacting with guests and colleagues
• Flexible working hours (early mornings and weekends)
• Able to keep calm and overview during a busy service
• An absolute respect for other people and couldn't care less about gender, religion, sexual preferences, culture etc.;
• Always an example ambassador for the hotel and restaurant in and out of the job
• Always maintain a good working atmosphere and motivate your co-workers;
