By joining Resourced you will work in a truly global setting - with both brands and suppliers on all continents.
We are now looking for a Brand Success Manager to support further growth and expansion. You will work closely with the co-founders and become part of the core team of Resourced.
The Brand Success Manager our main focus is to ensure that all PLM (Resource) brands in our family are happy, seen and have everything they need to use Resource optimally. This includes everything from arranging workshops to assess needs, manager our knowledge database and be an important stakeholder in our development roadmap.
Together with the CEO you will also monitor the customer pipeline to ensure we have a stream of new potential clients. The Brand Success Manager is overseeing the marketing plan and related activities.
The person we are looking for appreciates both a hands on and management approaches but lean more towards management. You are eager to learn and don 't fear trial and error when taking own initiatives. You have a strong interest for how digital solutions can define the future and are motivated by seeing your suggestions getting implemented. Responsibilities
• Communication, feedback and follow up with brands globally
• Manage onboarding and support for our PLM system.
• Set up and execute marketing plans and activities.
• Together with the co-founders and designer give input on the Resourced platform development: on functionality and user experience.
• Manage Resourced Learn, our self onboarding database.
• Identify new collaboration partners, organizations and brands.
Qualifications
• Strong interest for fashion, trends and footwear.
• Min 2 years experience on product development and/or buying in a brand context.
• Embrace change in a fast-paced environment with the ability to use initiative.
• Be able to multi-task with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Nice-to-haves
• A Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Supply Chain management.
• Experience in SaaS sales and customer success activities.
• Experience in working with PLM systems.
• Multilingual (in German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese).
• Advanced level of MS Excel (VBA knowledge).

Start date: 1 September 2022
Work extent: Full time, permanent position with a six months probationary period
Location: Central Gothenburg, flexible working set up but 3-4 days/week on-site expected.
