We are expanding the Global Marketing Measurement team in H&M, with the mission of increasing our media investments impact and making analyses operational to drive brand effects. You will be a key person in building our team and setting up our new ways of working. The team is part of the Media team within the Global H&M Brand Development in Stockholm. We are focused on accelerating H&M brand penetration and revenue growth, as well as enabling digital transformation and innovation.
The Marketing Measurement team is supporting the H&M regions and Business Units in how media drives growth and Brand Objectives. We are business owners of several measurement tools, e.g., Marketing mix model, Media Campaign Tracker, Content qualitative test tools and external marketing data. We extract, analyse and present insights of media, creative content and brand analyses to guide decision making for our stakeholders.
Job Description
In the role as Brand & Media Insight Analyst, you will support media measurement area development cross the H&M matrix and manage areas of:
Media & Campaign Tracker development and adoption where we have an extensive campaign tracking program in place cross H&M markets that needs supervision, development, and up-skilling. Your responsibility is to leverage the insights from the tool and reporting, as well as provide deep dives and insights sharing to guide management decisions.
Creative content tests where we are working with an external supplier. You will support the process, leverage best practices, drive usage as well as hold workshops and inspiration sessions. In this area you will work close with H&M creative teams to plan and get the best use of creative and content tests. You will also outline other best practice campaign and marketing test tools.
Leverage external marketing data e.g., Share of Voice, Excess Share of Voice, Market Penetration, Market Share data. You will work to get the data more accessible in reporting and create insights and analyses for our Regions, Business Units and Brand management

In addition to the above we have many ongoing focus areas and projects that you will contribute to and drive such as Marketing & Media KPI framework, Campaign 360 overview and support in our Media Mix Modeling work.
Qualifications
This is an exciting area and in building a dynamic measurement team we are searching for individuals with complementary skillsets. To be successful in this role we believe that you thrive when networking in an international set-up and you can handle complexity and make it manageable to stakeholders. You are an analyst and strategist, have a creative mind that drives new ways of working, and you have strong presentation skills. In addition, you have basic strategic marketing skills and know the core in how to turn insights into business actions.
We believe that you have:
Minimum of 3 years' and up to senior level of working with marketing, customer insight and/or business analysis
Marketing background - Brand building Strategy and tactics to drive Brand KPIs
Experience in qualitative and quantitative consumer research
Experiences of how to turn media measurement insights into business actions
A degree in marketing, economics, engineering/statistics or business administration
