Brand & Marketing Trainee - Global Trainee Program

Husqvarna is looking for a global trainee within the Group Brand and Marketing department who will be based in Stockholm, Sweden, for the first assignment. You will be part of an international 2-year trainee program, which offers four 6-month rotations, including one assignment abroad, combined with relevant training modules. You will receive a permanent employment at Husqvarna Group.

Global Trainee Program - Your future challenge!

You will be permanently employed as a member of the Husqvarna Group's team from day one. Upon completion of the program, our ambition is to assign the trainee to a leadership position within Brand and Marketing. This is a huge opportunity for the trainee to be part of an international company to work with exciting and new projects and execute them all by him-/herself, with the support from a senior member of management as coach.

The results of the Trainee's work will be noticeable in the organization since he/she will have great responsibility.

Department and role

The trainee will mainly be working with the Online Group which consists of 10 employees today and exists out of specialists working with Digital/Online: Insights, Strategy, Experience and E-commerce. The trainee will also be working with different managers and online managers in the divisions and markets, the IT department and the online marketing stakeholders. This is a huge opportunity to be part of how Online (internet) impacts the way of working in Brand and Marketing. Primarily, the Trainee will focus on content 'way of working' structures and processes. For example, job tasks will include:
• Develop an aligned way together and across the divisions of how to work with the content processes, and how to find synergies
• Defining on what are the content processes, what can be improved and streamlined and creating guidelines
• Support and delivering on the content strategy processes based on existing and new structures, and how to measure impact

Who you are

Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master degree within Business and 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of usage and processing of content, ideally both for online and print
• Strong project management experience
• Knowledge of how to measure improvements and KPI's is beneficial
• Active during studies in a school magazine, blog or other communication related involvements are beneficial
• Husqvarna Group is present in 40 countries and our corporate language is English. Therefore, fluency in English is required and an additional language is preferred, in addition to previous international experience.

The ideal trainee is a self-motivated, creative problem-solver who enjoys teamwork and networking in an international environment. Additionally, you must also demonstrate a strong desire to add value and to learn, as well as possess strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively be engaged in multiple parallel projects. Other characteristics that are important to possess are:

• Ability to work international and a willingness to travel
