ASSIGNMENTS
As a Brand Manager for our key market Sweden you will be a part of the team in a transparent and flat organizational structure. You will be highly involved in the global marketing strategy and activation planning, with the accountability to optimize, activate and accelerate the go-to-market- strategy for the brand in the Swedish market.
In this role, your main task would be to implement paid earned Brand Marketing activities for the Swedish market, defined together with Global PR Communications Manager/ Global Marketing Director.
You will mainly perform tasks such as:
Marketing: Go-to-Market activation on launches and brand campaigns; including, planning, execution and evaluation in-line with the Global Marketing agenda (cross functional stakeholder management)
Semi-annual Marketing Plan campaign adaptation: create and establish an overall marketing plan for Sweden
Responsible for optimizing the marketing mix of paid media and earned media for any local activation - close collaboration with local media- PR- and event agencies to ensure strongest possible activation plan (end-to-end)
Consulting in co-op marketing plans with key customers to improve ROI
Marketing budget management and tracking of local budget vs plan
Campaign evaluation and optimization (according to set KPIs)
Brand: Project manage global marketing communication and claim process with relevant stakeholders
Concept creation: global brand communication and storytelling
Content creation for cross channel communication (online and print) - in close collaboration with copywriter / communications specialist
Analyze market and consumer trends to ensure data-driven decision making, in close collaboration with Global Marketing Director
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in the role as Brand Manager Sweden, you have experience in working with Paid media, PR, Branding, and Project Management. You have good analytical skills and ability to work independently and take initiatives. Furthermore, you have a good eye for details and can take fast actions when necessary. You enjoy communicating in several stages, both spoken and written, as well as working cross functionally. In addition, you appreciate flexible and independent work in a varied environment with a high pace. Nevertheless, it is of greatest importance that you are a team player.
Important for the position: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing.
You have worked a minimum of 2 years in a similar role (beauty industry is a plus but not a must).
Experience in creating marketing plans in above processes and clear understanding of consumer insights.
Experience within paid and earned media.
Experience of project management, daily administration and you are used to multi-task across several projects.
Preferably fluent in Swedish and English.
Proficient in various computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

The role is preferably located in Malmö where the head office is based, but with flexibility of hybrid working policy from another location a couple of days per week.
