We are now looking for a Brand Manager Snus

Arbetsuppgifter
In this role you will develop and secure implementation of SNUS brand strategy and secure long term sustainability and profitability for snus within the Northern Europe Cluster; Sweden and Norway.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Develop and deliver Strategic Brand Plans for given brand
• Develop and implement pricing strategies
• Ensure Brand profitability and long term profit growth
• Initiate Research projects and turn insights into brand strategy
• Develop Brand Manifestos and Brand Authorship for given brand
• Develop Key Visuals and communication strategy for given brand for all markets
• Initiate and manage new product development projects
• Implement ATSM (shopper marketing models)
• Brief and drive agency on brand projects and secure alignment to scope of work
• Get approvals and buy in from all stakeholders
• Develop sound forecasts when required
• Develop cycle plan and tactical brand activities
• Administer the brand budget

Bakgrund
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• MBA (university degree) or equivalent with major in Business, Management, Finance or Marketing
• At least 2 years of experience in FMCG Brand Marketing
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset and ability
• Proven experience in consumer marketing
• Process and structure orientation
• Financial skills
