JOB DESCRIPTION
The Oncology business is an important contributor to the overall Swedish company. Our client is in the process of launching new, important assets in new therapeutic areas and is planning for new therapies in the years to come.
In this role you will experience being in a dynamic environment with motivation, passion and innovation being key drivers for success. You will utilize your experience to help develop and drive implementation of cross-functional and multi-channel communication and tactical plans.
As Brand Manager you will report to the Swedish Oncology Business Unit Lead. The position is in Solna, north of Stockholm.
Be co-responsible for the business performance by ensuring efficient execution of the brand strategy.
• Develop and deploy the strategic cross-functional and omnichannel brand strategy, aligned with the EMEA strategy, but customized to local needs and opportunities.
• Drive and support promotional activities such as events, projects and ad-boards.
• Develop and implement Marketing/Commercial materials and assets, including campaigns, customer updates i.e. newsletters, web content and webinars.
• Secure implementation of segmentation and targeting in line with strategy, based on customer and competitive analysis and insights.
• Train and support the field-based team on relevant messaging and assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find innovative solutions for our partners; identify insights, uncover unmet needs and investigate the feasibility to deliver strategic customer-value adding collaboration projects
• Ensure good practice sharing between different therapeutical areas locally and in the Nordic countries.
• Work in collaboration with European Marketing network, ensuring insights- and content sharing.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
You have a strong patient and customer focus. You also have a can do-attitude and are an excellent teammate with documented project management skills. You are experienced in working with cross-functional teams and have excellent skills in influencing and encouraging without authority.
To be successful in the role you need to understand the entire product life cycle. You have a proven track record of developing insights and actions based on in-market analytics and market research. Finally, you need to be well experienced within marketing development and execution based on an omnichannel approach.
Qualifications
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (required).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing (required). Oncology experience is meriting.
• Experience with project management and multi-channel marketing execution (required).
• Understanding of the Swedish healthcare systems and structure, including applicable HCC rules and marketing implications (required).
• A valid European driving license (required).
• Some local and international travel (required).
• Proficient spoken and written Swedish and English language (required).
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (required).
